Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: 
Please allow 1 business day to process your order. Expect an email within 2 business days to let you know your order is on the way! 

FREE SHIPPING:
Orders are generally shipped within 3-4 business days using USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is free and applies to orders shipping within the United States. At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unopened and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@osotoroartworks.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. You may also login to your account and initiate your return. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
